Leon was born on April 14, 1923 and passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015. Leon was a resident of Portland, Oregon at the time of his passing. He served in Europe during World War II and received the Army of Occupation Medal Germany and the World War II Victory Medal. Leon was honorably discharged from the Army on 13 January 1947 with the rank of Private First Class PFC at Fort Lewis Washington. He was married to Wanda. Leon will be buried at Willamette National Cemetery with full military honors on Wednesday December 23 2015 at 1:00 PM and a memorialcelebration of life service will be done in the spring of 2016 at MT. Scott Funeral Home 4205 SE 59th Ave Portland Oregon 97206.
