Henry Alvin Draper, 63, of Briar Ridge Road, Henry Va., passed away at his home, Thursday, December 24, 2015. He was born, June 23, 1952, to the late Milton Henry Draper and the late Mamie Nunn Draper.
Henry was a member of the Fork Mountain United Methodist Church.
Mr. Draper is survived by one sister, Linda Draper Powell and husband, W. Norman Powell of Henry, Va.; one niece, Pamela E. Powell of Indianapolis, Ind.; one nephew, Derek C. Powell of Richmond, Va.; three uncles, Bobby and wife, Alda Draper, Hugh Draper of Martinsville, Va. and Edwin Nunn of Bassett, Va.; one aunt, Lellian Draper, wife, of Tommy of Martinsville, Va.; special family, Marvin and Gloria Young, Geneva Mason, Elbert and Jean Powell, Dean and Celie Powell.

The funeral will be held, 3 p.m., Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel with Pastor Lynn Bechdolt officiating. Visitation will be 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the funeral at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel. A private burial will be held in Roselawn Burial Park at a later date.
