Florence L. Graf, 90, formerly of the Town of Meeme, died Monday morning August 22, 2005 at Calumet Homestead Rehabilitation Center in New Holstein where she had been a resident for the past 3 1/2 years.

She is the former Florence Brill born June 27, 1915 in New Holstein, daughter of the late George & Mary (Hubing) Brill. Florence attended the G.G. Meade School and was a 1933 graduate of New Holstein High School. On May 15, 1937 she married Wilmer H. Graf in New Holstein and he preceded her in death on September 17, 2000. Wilmer and Florence farmed the Brill Family Farm in the Town of Meeme from 1941 until their retirement. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in School Hill and was a member of the Christian Women’s group at the church. She was also a 4-H leader for 25 years. Florence enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, she also enjoyed traveling and spent 18 winters in Texas.

Survivors include her 3 children; Gail (LeRoy) Matzdorf of Schofield, Joel (Barbara) Graf of rural Kiel, Dennis (Karen) Graf of Newton. One Foster Son; Harold Logan of Sheboygan. 14 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren. She is further survived by her In-Laws; Evelyn Riesterer of Chilton, Eleanor Graf of Brillion and Ralph (Dorothy) Graf of Florida. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews, other relative and friends.

Florence was preceded in death by her son Kermit Graf, Two sisters; Alice Gruber and Martha Goetsch, One Brother; Clarence Brill.

Funeral Mass will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday August 24, 2005 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill with the Rev. Gregory Coulthard officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 3:00pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her name. Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home of Kiel is assisting the family.
