Reba Lee Rose, 89, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 in Marlow. Reba was born Saturday, December 11, 1926 in Hoyt, OK, to Jasper N. and Rachel (Jinkins) Risenhoover.

She graduated from Stigler High School and went on to get her Bachelors Degree in Education from East Central University. She taught school in Doyle and Marlow. Reba married Robert Rose Sr. April 27, 1946 in Fort Smith, AR, he preceded her in death April 27, 2010. Reba lived in the Stephens County area most of her life. She loved reading, gardening, art work, and bird watching. Reba was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God.

Survivors include: Son: Robert Rose, Jr. & wife Becky of Marlow, 4 Grandchildren: Dallas Rose, Brad Rose, Robin Brooks, Anglea Arrington, 8 Great Grandchildren, Numerous Nieces & Nephews

Reba was preceded in death by her husband, daughter, Rachel Althea, 3 Brothers and 3 Sisters.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Marlow Cemetery.
