Original name: Yankel Leib Tuch.

Death info and place of burial unknown. Lived in Chelsea and Boston, MA after immigrating in 1899. Known to have been alive in 1908 and deceased by 1930. Was an itinerant peddler, and a horse trader. Lost his home and place of business in the Chelsea Fire of 1908.

Sometimes spelled first name as "Louis"; sometimes spelled surname as "Tuck".

1. Beer wagon driver Louis Tuck (born in Connecticut in 1883). His wife, Sophia Tuck, left him and their young son for a career in vaudeville and changed her name. You may have heard of her: Sophie Tucker

2. Russian immigrant cobbler Louis Tuck (1872-1918), who was murdered in his shop in Ft. Worth, Texas in 1918.

3. Insurance man Louis Beauchina Tuck (1883-1965), born in Connecticut as Louis Bunchinia Tuck (also in 1883), and lived in Massachusetts. Also served in municipal government.

4. Prominent clothing store owner Louis Tuch (1850-1925) of Westerly, RI.
