Betty Sue Crabtree, age 84, of Knoxville went home to be with her family and the Lord on Monday, December 21, 2015, after a thirteen year illness as a result of a stroke. She was of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by mother, father, brothers, and sisters. Survived by husband, Kenneth Crabtree; children, Sherry Human and husband Jim, Debbie Dawson and husband Robert, Rochie Crabtree and wife Susie, Lisa Shiflett and husband Ron, and Tim Crabtree and wife Debbie; grandchildren, Wesley Human, Jessie Cooke, Travis Dawson, Chris Dawson, Lori Gaston, Lindsey Crabtree, Josh Crabtree, and Amanda Shiflett; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 7:00 PM, Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Henry Greer officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 AM on Thursday at Louisville Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment. Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers.
