Funeral services for Sheila Renea Caldwell McDaniel, 48, of Seagoville, are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Sunday, December 27, 2015, at the Community Baptist Church in Royse City with Pastor Les Joslin officiating. Family will receive friends at the Community Baptist Church in Royse City Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Royse City Cemetery under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.
She passed away Sunday afternoon, December 20, 2015, at Lake Pointe Medical Center in Rowlett.
Sheila was born December 2, 1967, in Dallas, the daughter of Zedark Daniel Caldwell and JoAnn Woody Caldwell. She was raised in Royse City where she attended public school. On August 27, 1983, she married Richard McDaniel in Royse City. She moved to Seagoville in 2009. She was formerly employed by Mesquite Animal Hospital, the owner of Mac’s BBQ & Grill in Wylie and was currently employed by Hillside Animal Hospital in Dallas. She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandbabies, Christopher and Crystal.
Preceded in death by her grandparents, J.L. Woody & Cora Woody and Wilson William Caldwell & Katherine Caldwell; mother, JoAnn Caldwell; sister, Teresa Hass; father-in-law, Rick McDaniel and a nephew, Nicolas Crenshaw.
