From Ravi Das, in "Biometrics Security News and Information"

"At the time we met, she worked for our big head honcho at the time, Mr. Bob Schontz. I remember when I saw first, it would be in passing down the hallways of our great computer science building, Hayes Hall. Then after the reorg we all went through, she worked in the same office as I did. I remember her infectious smiles, witty laughs, and the unique mannerisms she had on typing on the computer keyboard.
We got to know each pretty well, and she even proofread my thesis before I submitted it in for final approval. Even when I was job searching, she would help me proofread my thank you and follow up e-mails to the various recruiters. She had a great big ‘ole heart, and would do anything for anybody. Probably the fondest times I remember of her is when we all would get together and travel to our most favorite restaurant at the time, the Maumee Bay Brewing Company.
We would enjoy in laughter and jokes, and great food. Morgan, Hank and I would even go to her house sometimes to pay a visit. The last time I remember seeing Christina was right after I had graduated from BGSU, and started my new job at Alltel in Cleveland. We all got together at the Maumee Bay Brewing Company for one last time. It was a moment to be cherished, for that would be the last time I would see her. I remember when we parted ways that evening.
She and the gang took I75 South to get back to BGSU, and I had to take I80-90 going east back to Cleveland. There was even a tear in my eye when our cars separated from one another. Christina and I had remained in contact when I was in Cleveland, but lost touch after I moved to Chicago in 2000. We got back in touch with each other again on Facebook some years ago, and sent messages to each other back and forth from time to time.
Then, just two days ago, I heard about her untimely passing. I learned about this from Morgan, and we both were deeply saddened by it. Christina, I always wanted to tell you how special of a friend you were to all of us, and you touched all of our lives you never imagined. May you Rest In Peace."
