"Jared Lee Morris, born in Tucson, Ariz., Oct. 19, 1993, passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 5, 2015 at the young age of 22.

He graduated from San Pedro Valley High School in Benson in 2011. Attending Cochise and Eastern Arizona colleges, Jared is preceded in death by older sister, Jairess Hearn (12), as well as grandfathers, Thomas Holbert, Lee Morris, Donald Hearn and T.R. Hike, and grandmothers, Juanita Hearn and Yvonne Shea.

He is survived by his parents Jonnie and Lawrence Moore, Bruce Hike, and Jerry Hearn; grandmother, Shirley Holbert, Emily Moore; grandfather, Jerry Moore and Godparents Angela and Shanen Copeland. He also leaves behind Kelsey Larsen and their unborn child.

He is also survived by 13 siblings: Angie Quiroga, Jeremiah Hearn, Justine Roussell, Trinity Moore, Endrena Moore, Victoria Moore, Aodhan Moore, Brenna Moore, Caitilyn Moore, Dylan Moore, Kaden Moore, Thomas Moore, Merida Moore. Also he leaves behind three nieces and three nephews: Serenitie Moore, Samantha Moore, Skylar Lee, Aiden Lee Hearn, Dane Pegg , Malachi Burleson, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was a free spirit who never cared to be like everyone else. He was smart, funny, rude and caring, all in one small package. He was always there to listen and is now forever with sister Jairess.

Services will be handled through Richardson’s Remembrance Center, on Jan. 8, at 1 p.m., at Community Presbyterian Church, 590 S. Huachuca St., in Benson, followed by burial at Cochise Gardens of Rest in Benson.
