Margie had retired as a technical writer from EG&G, a government contractor. She was a dear family friend to everyone.
She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Shannon (Wayne Landman), Vickie Gutridge (William) and Rebecca Bayer; a son, Richard Holman (Susie); two sisters; one brother; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; her fiance Bill Smoot.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, December 28 at Nash & Slaw Funeral Home, King George with a memorial service beginning at 7 p.m. officiated by the Rev. Sherman Davis.
Interment will be private.
