She is survived by her husband, Philip K. Craig, and her two sons, Scott D. Craig of Dunnellon, FL; and Eugene A. Craig (Red) of Crystal River, FL; 6 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
From high school, she continued her education at Mount Ida and Katherine Gibbs colleges. She worked at her family's restaurant, The Bubbling Brook, in Westwood, MA as an inventory cleark for Mason-Neilan Co. in Norwood, MA, where she met her husband of 52 years.
She semi-retired to Crystal River in 1999, where she took a job at the Home Depot, where she has worked for the past 15 years. Her career included being elected to the office of Tax Collector for the town of Norfolk, MA, and also worked as assistant to the Assessor for the town of Dover, MA.
She taught Sunday School at various churches in the towns of Westwood and Norfolk, MA. Her hobbies were gardening, sewing, beading and ceramics, as well as other arts and crafts.
She enjoyed bicycling, nature walks, boating, fishing and kayaking.
A celebration of her life will take place in the near future at the homestead in Crystal River, FL. Make donations to your favorite charity in her name.
