Shirley Ann Frazier Bingham passed away on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, in Sutherland Springs, Texas, at the age of 74 years, 4 months, and 21 days.

She was born on July 21, 1941, in San Antonio to Cornelia Byrd and Edwin O. Frazier Sr.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Edwin O. Frazier Jr. and Raymond D. Frazier; grandson Jimmy O. Bingham III; and great-granddaughter Sammi Jade Bingham.

Visitation was held on Monday, Dec. 14, at 6 p.m. in the Franklin Funeral Home in Floresville.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Rev. Irwin.

Interment followed in the Sutherland Springs Cemetery in Sutherland Springs, Texas.
