ROBY,ROSIE MARIE DEAN, 76, died suddenly Saturday, September 12, 2009.

She was the former Marie Dean, a homemaker and member of St. Martha Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hite Tinnel and Margie Christine Wall Dean.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Billy Ray Roby; her three children, Rebecca Ann Roby, William Dean Roby (Vickie) and Jeffrey Wayne Roby (Susan); seven granddaughters; two great-granddaughters; sister, Lois Dean Graft (Tommy); and several nieces and nephews.

Her memorial service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with inurnment to follow in Resthaven Cemetery. Memorial visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Highlands.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Kentucky School For the Blind Charitable Foundation (KSBCF), 214 Haldeman Ave., or the KY Humane Society.
