Mr. Folsom was a Veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army. He was a graduate of Michigan State University. he has resided in Cape Coral since 1992 moving from Canton, Michigan. he is survived by his wife, Virginia Lee Folsom; daughters, Barbara Burton and Sherry Hall and son Bruce.
