David was Born Ca. 1768, probably on his father's Plum Creek property in York County. He was a grandson of Irish immigrant BRYON PRUNTY and Jane Black.
David married Anne Carroll on Sept. 28, 1790 in Harrison, Co., Virginia. As a busy far-ranging surveyor, he was often away from home. David moved out in the early 1800s but apparently visited Anne with the issue of his last few children.
