Matthew S. McDaniel, 46, of Crawfordsville died Saturday evening Dec. 19, 2015, at Franciscan St. Elizabeth East Hospital, Lafayette.
He was born June 10, 1969, at Crawfordsville, to Jack Keith McDaniel Sr. and Margaret Joann Darwactor.
Survivors include: his mother of Crawfordsville; brother Jack “Mick” of Crawfordsville; sisters, Janet McDaniel Wendall of Crawfordsville and Kimberly (Gary) Lamb of Crawfordsville; as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sets of grandparents; his father; brother Jack Jr.; and sister Barbara McDaniel.
A private burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery North.
