Brandon “Barney” Phillips, 28, died on December 17, 2015. He was preceded in death by father Victor Phillips and grandmother Pansy Hooks. He is survived by devoted mother Pansy Phillips; dear devoted life-long friend Nathan Duncan; sisters Kristi (Josh), Sarabeth (Jeremy), Ashley (Martines); nieces and nephews, and special love to the Hooks aunts, uncles, and cousins. Brandon always had such a great sense of humor and brought joy to all who knew him. He had such a kind and loving heart and he especially loved his dogs. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be sent to Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel in Fountain City to assist in covering final expenses.
