Along with his parents Paul is survived by 2 sisters; Michelle Bilbrey and Stephanie Hansen both of Cocoa, Florida and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday December 23, 2015 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Interment will be in Rushtown Cemetery.
