James Milton Kohler, 79, passed on Thursday, December 17, 2015, at Rest Haven. He was the companion of Tobye Steinger.

Born on March 5, 1936, in Dallastown, he was the son of the late Freda G. (Hake) and Roy E. Kohler.
Jim graduated from Red Lion Sr. High School and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army as a MP.
He retired from Alloy Rods as a machine operator.
He was an avid hunter, fisherman and a lifetime member of the Issac Walton League.

James leaves to cherish his memory, companion, Tobye; siblings, Gloria Mula, husband Joseph, York, Fred Kohler, wife Dorothy, Florida, Deborah A. Shelton, Thomasville; companion's children, Jack Steinger, Terry Steinger, "a great-grandson", Isaiah; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services and interment will be at a later date with Full Military Honors by the Veterans Honor Guard at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
