James Carter Robinson, age 34, passed away surrounded by his family, after having received the Last Rites of the Catholic Church on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City. Born the second of 13 children on April 24, 1981, to Bryan and Cynthia (Richard) Robinson, James developed a quick wit and a hearty sense of humor. His love of God was apparent at a young age and he served as an altar boy for a number of years. James had a special way with people in which he could make you feel like you were the most interesting person in the room. He was known for his generous spirit of heart and his million-dollar smile (who could forget those dimples?)! James had the ability to diffuse complex situations and he never had a bad word to say about another human being. He will be sorely missed. James is survived by his children: Marcus - 13, Abbigail - 2, as well as Alexis - 16, Gavin -14; also surviving: Jennifer Morgan; his parents, Bryan and Cindy; grandparents, James and Barbara (Mader) Richard; brothers, Marcus, Bryan Jr., John, and Hunter; sisters, Heather (Woods), Tracy (Holaday), Kelly (Willoughby), Mary (Niles), Elizabeth, Rebecca, Michelle, and Therese and 25 nieces and nephews, along with John and Carol Robinson, Donald and Candy Robinson, Theresa and Mark Huston, Nancy Johnston and many cousins. Funeral Mass will be Wed., Dec. 23, at 10:00am at St. Damien Catholic Church, 8455 NW 234th St., Edmond, OK 73025. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in James' name to: Clear Creek Abbey, 5804 W. Monastery Road, Hulbert, OK 74441 Requiescat in Peace
