Belinda Rhone-Wells, 53 of Woodbridge, Virginia formerly of St. Louis, Missouri died in the ICU of Potomac Hospital surrounded by friends and family who loved her.She was born in 1961 to Charles Rhone and the late Bernice Rhone. She belonged to the Explorers of St. Louis Police Department as a counselor. Recently she was a board member of the Home Owners association in her community in Woodbridge. She created a social neighborhood group called the Loopers consisting of neighbors on her block. Belinda used her gift in massage therapy to minister to those in need of healing. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She touched many lives of those whose path she crossed. She will be missed dearly.
She was preceded by her mother. Belinda is survived by her loving husband of 13 years Charles Wells, father Charles Rhone Sr., two brothers Charles Rhone, Jr. and Demetrius Rhone. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will be received at Christ Chapel, 13909 Smoketown Road, Woodbridge, VA 22192 on Saturday August 1, 2015 from 10-11am for the viewing and 11-12 noon for the memorial service. Repass will be held from 12-3pm at the club house located at 16201 Navigation Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22191. Burial service will be held Monday August 3, 2015, 11am at Fairfax Memorial Park located at 9900 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032.
