Char Parsons, 72, of Belpre, OH, died December 18, 2015 at the Camden-Clark Medical Center. She was born December 27, 1942 in Milwaukee, WI a daughter of the late Jerry L. and Evelyn Radke Haught. She retired from Warner Pontiac as a Finance Manager and enjoyed gardening and fishing. Her life’s ambition was to be a wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Dick Parsons; three children, Tonda (Craig) Sevy of Vincent, Troy (Kathy) Parsons of Belpre, Tracey (Dave) Freeman of Redtown, OH; four grandchildren, Shane Sevy, Miranda (Joe) Pittman, Colton Parsons, Jessica Ruble; three sisters, Carolyn Queen, Nitie Cain, Angela Deem all of Belpre; and one half brother, David Haught of Parkersburg.
Services will be Tuesday 12:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Reverend Garry Murray officiating.
Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery.
