Wanda Smith Jennings, age 64, of Winston passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015. She was born in North Carolina on December 26, 1950 to the late Harry Smith and the late Levi Mae Smith. Wanda was a homemaker and was Baptist by Faith.
She is survived by her son, Robert Grund of Hanceville, Alabama; daughters, Melissa Ard-Whitman and husband Kenny of Winston, Brandi Jennings-Satterfield and husband Joshua of Ludowici, Georgia; brothers, Bill Minter, Dean Minter, Wayne Minter, Steve Smith; Grandchildren, Allie Whitman, Kainaan Whitman, Joey Grund, Skyy Whitman, Lily Satterfield, Megan Sherrer, Abbagail Satterfield.
A Funeral Service will be held at Friendship Baptist Church on Highway 166 in Winston, Georgia on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Eric Evans officiating. She will lie in State at the church from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery.
