Frank C. Baatz, 77, of Corydon Star Route, Warren County, a former Allentonian and husband of the late Jennie L. (Haas) Baatz, died Sunday in Kane Community Hospital. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Carl and Minnie (Ebert) Baatz. He had been employed as a cabinet maker. Surviving are two daughters, Miriam M., of Fullerton, and Evelyn S., wife of Lowell Hoxie, of Rutherford, N.J.; a son, Charles F., of Fullerton; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mamie, wife of Raymond shoemaker, of Compton, Calif. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the R. P. Haas Funeral Home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Fullerton. There are no calling hours.
