Michael R. Millsaps, 67, of Waco, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, December 18, at Bellmead Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 19, at Bellmead Funeral Home with Pastor Landon Collard officiating. Burial will be in Waco Memorial Park.

Michael was born in Waco, Texas, to the late Robert and Nathalee (Layne) Millsaps. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked at Diesel Power Supply and Stewart & Stevenson. Michael was also a Master Gunsmither. On August 23, 1967, he married Billie Mae Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie, on October 26, 2000; a son, Robert Millsaps on March 26, 2010; and a brother, Larry Millsaps.

Survivors include his daughter, Leisha Hall and husband, Jeffrey, of Waco; son, Paul Millsaps, of Waco; granddaughters: Brandie, Kati, Tessa, Brittney, Sarah, and Jessica; 4 great-grandchildren, Alexander, Rose, Andrew and Elijah; sister, Denise McGee, of Joshua; other relatives and many friends.
