Earnestine C. (Thomas) Brooks, 70, of Greenfield died April 9, 1999 at Regency Place. Born Sept. 27, 1928 in Richmond, VA., she was the daughter of Ernest and Clara (Smith) Thomas.
She was a homemaker and was active with the Senior Citizens of Greenfield for many years.
Survivors include daughter Alice M. King of Greenfield and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Brooks in 1991, and by a sister.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
