Irene J. Lempke, of Mount Angel, OR, died December 20, 2003. She was 94. She was born on March 21, 1909 in Milwaukee, WI to Veronica and Hyacinth Gazinski. In 1938, she moved to Chicago when she married Emil A. Lempke, who preceded her in death in 1972. She lived for the past four years in Oregon. She is survived by her daughters, Alice (Paul) Ericksen of Molalla, OR and Avis (Don) Jeffers of Taylor, MO; three grandsons, Jeff (Korynne) Ericksen of Shorewood, WI, Michael Jeffers of Storm Lake, IA and Josh Jeffers of Quincy, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004 at 10 a.m. at St Eulalia Church in Maywood. Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
