Born in Quinnimont, WV, she was the daughter of the late Thomas R. and Ethel B. Wilson.
She graduated from Parkersburg High School and West Virginia University.
She was a proud member of Highland Presbyterian Church since 1965, where she served as a Deacon and Elder. She remained cheerfully active serving in many capacities until the time of her death.
She is survived by 3 daughters: Barbara Bess, wife of Frederick Ruhe, of New Lebanon, NY; Debra Lee, of Santa Ana, CA, and Ann Louise, wife of Joseph Hershey, of Mount Joy, PA; and one son, Howard Lee McIntyre, Jr., of Lancaster; seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas F. McIntyre.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at Highland Presbyterian Church, 500 E. Roseville Rd., Lancaster, PA at 1:30 PM with the Rev. Dr. Roger Rabey officiating. Friends may greet the family at the church from 12:30 PM until the time of the service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family in the Memorial Garden at Highland.
