She retired from Mental Health Services with 24 years of service. She is survived by two loving devoted sons Eric Edward Echols and Erinn B Echols, special friend Ollie Martin, 8 grandsons, 3 granddaughters and 2 great grandchildren, 3 sisters Nona Fullen, Sharen Carter and Paulette Echols, 2 brothers Robert Leon (Margaret) Echols, Houser Echols Jr., a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Houser and Bessie Echols and 2 brothers, Patrick Echols and Matthew Echols.
Her body was entrusted to the D.B. Washington Funeral Home CHAPEL OF PEACE (323-4555) 1530 S. Yellow Springs Street where friends may call after 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday until time of services at 12:00 noon.
