She was born January 22, 1923 in Patrick County to J.P. and Mary Gunter Anglin, both deceased.
Mrs. Martin was married to Paul Dewey Martin, deceased, and was a life-long homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara A. Slayden of Richmond.
A graveside service will take place at Roselawn Burial Park at 12 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2015, with the Rev. George L. Hearn officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer's Association, 308 Craighead Street, Ste. 104, Danville, VA 24541.
