Margaret Evelyn Brown Hensley, of Jefferson City, TN passed away peacefully December 14, 2015. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Jefferson City. Margaret was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and businesswoman. She was dedicated to her husband and family. Her greatest joy was knowing that the love that she and her husband, Casper, shared was responsible for creating such a large family. She will be greatly missed by all of them. Margaret will be remembered as a strong, independent woman who truly loved her pets. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Casper L. Hensley, Sr.; her parents, George and Maxie Brown; brother, Bill Brown; sisters, Thelma Eubank, Laura Denton and Ruth Bolin; and daughter-in-law, Kay Hensley.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Sonny Strange officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Friday at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
