Mrs. Mable Trusty Ellis, age 79, of Forrest City, died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002. Mrs. Ellis was born Jan. 27, 1923, in Forrest City, the daughter of E.C. Trusty and Modenia Milford Trusty. She lived in Forrest City for all of her life, was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church. Mrs. Ellis married Raymond Ellis, in 1939, and he preceded her in death, in 1997. She is survived by two daughters: Anne Pipkin of Forrest City and Donna Morgan of Memphis; one sister, Donnie Bright of Colt; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Ellis will be held on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2002, at 2 p.m., at Stevens Funeral Home, with Rev. James Dean, officiating and Ralph Pipkin, assisting. Burial services will follow in Forrest Park Cemetery.
