A lifelong resident of Buncombe Co., he is a son of Sharon Lance Correll and of the late George James Burrell.
Mr. Burrell worked for Borg Warner, and he enjoyed fishing. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday.
