Another of Berlins' oldest citizens passed away on Friday in the person of Mrs. Caroline Kaiser, wife of Mr. Wm. Kaiser, who resides in the old "Kaiser Hotel", building on King Street south. The deceased had contracted la grippe about 10 days ago, and was followed by pneumonia, to which she succumbed. She was in her 78th year and was born in Germany. She was a faithful member of St. Mary's R. C. Church.
