Tom Adams, 89, a lifelong resident of Lexington and a retired salesman, died Sep 20, 2008. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rose; his parents, Tom and Sallie Belle; and 4 siblings. He is survived by his wife's brother and sister, Walter Froehling and Betty Gentry and several nieces and nephews. He was educated in the Fayette Co. Schools and attended EKU. He was a member of Broadway Christian Church. He was an avid bowler and loved the competition. He leaves behind many friends and loved ones to mourn his loss. He will be greatly missed. Funeral Sat, 11am, Milward-Broadway with burial at Lexington Cemetery. Pallbearers: Tim Geers, Shahreyar Shafei, Sidney Sprague, Steve Vinson, Mark Williamson, Darrell Hilliard. Honorary Pallbearers: John Barboza, Tolbert Barnhill, Larry Brown, Carl Cox, Dave Dudley, Albert Gilkerson, Fred Williamson. Visitation Fri 5-8pm.
