Debra L. McIntosh (nee Cook) age 63, of Union Township, passed surrounded by her family, at her residence, Wednesday, December 9, 2015. She was born August 14, 1952 in Cincinnati, the daughter of Raymond and Mary Cook Philhower who both survive. She was the former Food Service Director of The Seven Hills School and the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. In recent years she was a homemaker taking care of her husband, Randal McIntosh until his death on January 31, 2005. She also worked as the office manager of T & L Painting. She is survived by her loving dog Izzy, parents, Raymond & Mary Philhower, her children and spouses, Christina (Shaun) Whitehead, Randal (Christy Cann) McIntosh, grandchildren; Christopher & Ashley Whitehead, Kaylee, Alexis & Timothy Scott, 2 step granddaughters, brother; Michael (Sharon) Philhower, nieces & nephews; Jason (Kim Frankenhoff) Philhower, Stacie (Thomas) Fottenbury, Sarah (Tony) Knight, Tim & Kim Philhower, great nieces & nephews; Brandon & Brooklyn Philhower, Nicholas & Daniele Fottenbury, Luke Knight, and Collin Philhower; her husband's brothers & sisters; Ron & Barb McIntosh, Bob McIntosh and his son Cameron, Cameron's wife Candra and their children: Hunter, Cayden, Cora, Ckenna, and Ciaran, Sharon McIntosh, Tim McIntosh, Lisa McIntosh and her son Cadan & daughter Tiegan. Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel in January of 2011 and his wife, Kathy in September of 2001. Services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford, with visitation 6:00 to 8:00PM on Monday, December 14, 2015. A short visitation from 10:30 AM until the time of service will be observed Tuesday morning. Reverend Jeff Moss will officiate. Burial will follow in the Flag Spring Cemetery in Newtown.
