Faye Martin, 72, of Concord, Arkansas went home to be with the Lord December 11, 2015. She was born April 3, 1943 in Brownsville, Arkansas to William "Bill" and Addie Cooper.
Faye was loved by all who knew her, and will be missed by a host of friends. Her unwavering faith was a testament for all her friends and family to gain encouragement from. Faye's greatest treasure was her family. She dearly loved her children, and she loved watching her grands grow. Faye gained so much joy by being able to be a part of the family of the Concord daycare.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ray Martin; infant son, Wesley Ray Martin; and brother, Eddie Cothren.
Faye is survived by her two daughters: Lisa Lewis and her husband, Harry, of Floral and Laura Davis and her husband, Asa, of Concord; three grandchildren: Autumn Pearce and her husband, Anthony, Zach Lewis, and Caden Lewis; one great granddaughter, Aubrie Pearce; three brothers: Calvin Cooper of Almond, Alvin Cooper of Clinton, and Bill Cooper, Jr. of Concord; two sisters: Ona Cooper Redman of Searcy and Jane Cooper Garrett of Concord; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
