He is survived by Doris' nieces and nephews, Brenda E. Leiser, Karen E. Leiser, Brian G. Leiser, Kevin M. Leiser, James K. Leiser, and Steven L. Leiser.

A self-taught computer technician, Billy worked for the US government at McClellan and retired in 2004.

He was a veteran of service in both the US Navy and US Army.

He loved the outdoors, just like Doris did, and belonged to the Sierra Club.

Memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church, 2100 J St., Sacramento, CA 95816 at 11:00 a.m., on 12/15/2015.

Burial will be held at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd., Dixon, CA 95620 at 1:30 p.m., on 12/15/2015.
