Mrs. Glenda Inez Wright, age 73, passed away peacefully at Johnson County Health and Rehab on Friday, December 11, 2015.

Glenda was born on June 22, 1942 in Wapanucka, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Herman & Louise (Scarberry) Wright.

Glenda enjoyed sewing, playing the piano, reading her bible, listening to Christian music, singing and cooking for her loving family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by three daughters Becky and Bobby Madewell of Lamar, Sharon and Jerry Madewell of Knoxville, Judy and Roy Golden of Hot Springs; one son Calvin and Samantha Case of Hazard KY; one brother Burl Wright of Rowlett TX; one sister Janet Bridges; 25 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one son Herman Young, daughter Joyce Case, brother Foster Wright, sisters Patsy Wright, and Kay Tumbleson, Grandchildren Ricky Young and Jeffery Madewell.

Visitation will be Sunday, 2:00-4:00p.m., December 13, 2015 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville.

Mrs. Wright’s funeral service will be 2:00p.m., Monday, December 14, 2015 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Earl Hall officiating.

Burial will follow in Minnow Creek cemetery with Calvin Case, Kyle Chavers, Jeb Sayer, Kent White, Tommy Young, and Greg Madewell serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Treat, Drew Atkinson, James Bowen, Ralph Freeman, and Jeffery Freeman.
