Born in Philadelphia, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Twin Cedars Assisted Living in Deptford Twp. Phyllis enjoyed arts & crafts, crocheting, beading, and television shows Bones & Criminal Minds.

She is survived by her fiance' James R. Harrington and their beloved dog Mattie, her children, Robert Lynch, Jr. (Kathy), of Mantua, Denise Finch (Bob) of Mantua, & Debbie Naples (Bill) of Clayton, her sister, Nancy Traynham of NC, 7 grandchildren, Robert "Buddy" Lynch, Amanda Lynch, Sierra Lynch, Brooke Lynch, Cory Finch, Nicholas Finch, & Skylar Boon, her great grandson, Guadalupe Guerrero, two nieces, Renee Traynham & Michele Williams, and her nephew Michael Traynham.

Family & friends may visit at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua where a funeral service will be held. Burial will follow at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ.
