Mr. HARRY E. JONES, formerly of this city, died suddenly Tuesday night at the residence of his brother-in-law, Rev. L.G.M. Miller, Roanoke, Va. Mr. Jones had been on a business trip to North Carolina and was returning to his home in Baltimore.

He had been a salesman for Baltimore houses for the past thirty years, at the time of his death representing Grief & Bro., of Baltimore, and was interested in a store at Bristol, Va., and had been president of the Commercial Travelers' Association of Baltimore.

Mr. Jones was a native of Frederick, the son of the late Aubrey Gist and Mary A. Jones, and was related to the Boyd family.

He married Miss Virginia Campbell, of Winchester, Va., who survives hime.

The funeral will take place tomorrow morning. The remains will be brought here and the interment will be made privately at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
