He attended The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Taylor Mill, KY. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Janice Vogt Lowe in 1998.
The Visitation will be on Saturday, August 23, 2014 from 3 PM until the Service at 5 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 5433 Taylor Mill Road Taylor Mill, KY 41015.
