SMITH – Nancy Lucille, 68, Nanty Glo, died Aug. 1, 2012, at Seimon's Lakeview Manor, Somerset. Born May 15, 1944, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Clarence G. and Mildred L. (Miller) Deffenbaugh. Preceded in death by sisters, Laverne Rager and Shirley Seibert, and infant daughter, Jane. Survived by children, Ronald (Mary) Smith; Thomas (Pam) Smith; Kathy Jo Smith; and Anna Marie Smith; brothers, Clarence M. (Diane) Deffenbaugh; Ronald W. (Sara) Deffenbaugh; Harry H. (Nancy J.) Deffenbaugh Sr.; Joe D. (Janel) Piper; Jack (Darlene) Martin; and Larry P. (Janice) Deffenbaugh; and sisters, Maxine (James) Hartman; Rosella Martin-Dulick; and Janet Marie Piper-Vogel. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her furry best friend, Mama Kitty. Nancy enjoyed soap operas, watching Syfy, coloring and jewelry. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements in care of Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Nanty Glo.
