Florence was the 6th born of 7 children to Levi & Roxa Weaver. She was born in 1866 in the village of Berlin, Waterloo County.

She became the wife of Abraham B. Clemens (1867-1951) on June 17, 1896 in Toronto, York County. Marriage Register #002029.

Florence died at the age of 38 years and 21 days.
