Kenny retired from the City of Springboro. His faith in God was first and foremost as a devout born-again Christian. He was a very generous man with a great sense of humor who was beloved by everyone and will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alex and mother, Elsie (Neace) Smith and grandson, Jonah R. Smith.
He is survived by his son, Brian J. Smith; daughter, Lesha M. Smith; ex-wife and close friend, Brenda Rogers; brothers, Leon (Sharon) Smith and Roger Smith; sisters, Joan (Ron) McKinney and Ginger (Bill) Martin and many grandchildren.
