Mary Ellen Agan-Fox, 81 of Silver City, New Mexico, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015, at Fort Bayard Medical Center. A Visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, at 6 p.m. at Bright Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church. Interment to follow at Memory Lane Cemetery. Mary Ellen was born in Thomas, Oklahoma, to Charles Frederick Cline and Alta Lee Vaughn Cline. She is survived by one daughter, Raylene Martin (Ed) of Henderson, Nevada; two sons, Darrell Agan of Los Lunas, New Mexico, and Larry Agan of Las Vegas, Nevada; seven grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren; one brother, R.L. Cline, of Dumas, Texas; and one sister, Janice Siegler of Urbana, Illinois. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husbands Raymond A. Agan, and Bob D. Fox. She moved to Silver City in 1971. She was involved in the New Comers Club, and various civic organizations, an avid member of First United Methodist Church.
Her hobbies were quilting, needlework and other activities with the ladies in the community.
