FORT WORTH - Joy Arnold, a retired tool planner for General Dynamics, now Lockheed Fort Worth, died Wednesday at a Fort Worth hospital. She was 89.
Vigil will be at 7:30 tonight at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Entombment will be in Garden of Memories Mausoleum.
Mrs. Arnold was born in Hankinson, N.D., and had lived in Fort Worth since 1942. She was a 1928 graduate of Valley City Teachers College and taught school in Wilton, N.D.
Mrs. Arnold retired from GD in 1969.
She served as a postmistress in Underwood, N.D., and was a former member of St. Patrick Cathedral.
Survivors: Husband, Herman C. Arnold of Fort Worth; and sister, Opal Richard of Fort Worth.
