Brother of Rosemary Eisenhower, Robert Wyatt (Marilyn) Sullins, David (Virginia) Sullins and the late John Elmer Sullins. Grandfather of Barry (Amy) Sullins, Matthew (Kendall) Knierim, Heather (Zac) Link and Franklin S. Hadley. Great grandfather of four. Loving father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. James loved spending time with his grandchildren anytime they could. He had a passion for fishing and was a member of B.A.S.S./Bassmasters. In lieu of flowers and plants memorials to donors choice in honor of James are appreciated.
