Mrs. Westbrook was born July 28, 1939, in Beaumont, TX, to Mahlon Manson Van Hook and Eleanor Cecile Black Van Hook. She died October 19, 2014, in Needville, TX. She was a teacher of special needs students for 29 years. She loved her grandchildren and spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed being a "Grammie" and spoiling her granddaughters. She loved supporting them and attending their numerous school activities and sporting events.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents and by her aunts, Laura Van Hook and Lottie Van Hook.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Weldon Westbrook; daughter, Laura Faas and husband, Darrin; 2 granddaughters, Kayleigh Faas and Kaysie Faas; sister-in-law, Sheila Rash and husband, Louis; brother-in-law, Steve Westbrook; nephews, Clifton Alegre, Jeffrey Westbrook, and Eugene Westbrook; nieces, Cynthia Rodriguez and Evelyn Coyne; and numerous other family members and friends.
