Timothy J. Cannon Sr., 55, of 1201 Franklin St., died Monday, Dec. 7, 2015, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, after a long battle with liver disease.
Born Dec 4, 1960 in Philadelphia, he was the son of Francis and Elaine Darcy Cannon.
Tim graduated from Arch Bishop Ryan High School, Philadelphia and was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.
He formerly worked for Coastal Aluminum.
He enjoyed coaching Little League and Softball and was an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
Surviving are his wife, of 32 years, the former Charlene M. Sholder; sons, Timothy, Jr. “T.J.”, of Williamsport and Sean C., of Athens, GA; daughters, Lyndsay M. and Makenzie E.;
a granddaughter, all of Williamsport; his mother and step-father, Elaine and Edward Sultzbaugh of Philadelphia; a brother, Daniel of Murfreesboro, TN; sisters, Elaine of Branson, MO, Karen A. of Perkasie, and Linda of Souderton.
Tim was predeceased by his father and two brothers, Francis and Kenneth.
Mass of Christian Burial to honor Tim, will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Boniface Catholic Church, 326 Washington Blvd. with Msgr. Stephen D. McGough officiating. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery.
